At the Center, hypnosis is perceived and used as an adjunct to smoking cessation and weight loss programs. If a person really wants to make a specific change in his/her life, hypnosis is very powerful. However, through hypnosis you can't force someone to make a change that they really do not want to make. Accordingly, hypnosis is not for everyone.
